Hello, I am Michelle Joy!

Eight years ago, I started my healing journey... 

I was living thousands of miles away from where I grew up, a new mom with 2 kids under 3 years old, and my loving husband who was in a rigorous grad school program. I hit burnt-out and felt like I was losing my zest for life, waking up each day feeling like I should feel fulfilled and content as a stay-at-home Mom, but I still felt like something was missing.

I was waiting for my outer world to change my inner world, until I had my breakthrough moment...

One day it hit me, what was missing... I had repressed my dreams and inner longing to continually grow and help the world in a bigger way. I desired to fulfill my higher soul purpose, to help others heal, expand and love themselves, alongside with being a caring wife and Mom. I was unknowingly hiding my light by reducing my mission to create a positive ripple effect of love, joy and healing in the world.

So I took a leap of faith and began following that aching feeling that I was meant for more… 

After many years on this journey, dozens of personal development books, valuable courses and intelligent mentors, along with my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I became an expert in the profoundly healing and self-awareness tools of mindfulness, somatic activated healing, geo love healing and human design. I was led to combine the most effective lasting transformation and self-mastery tools to create a trailblazing way to deeply heal mind, body, soul and soul.

I now deeply know, understand and love myself and see the bigger picture of excitement and endless possibilities for my future! Even more rewarding, I understand my gifts and have built a library of knowledge to understand, see and feel deeply those that I am here to serve and guide into their higher potential and life of their dreams.

My life has improved now in immeasurable ways:

• I know my soul purpose and mission and am excited every day to be living it.
• My relationships and marriage have become better than ever.
• I am a more peaceful and joyful mom.
• I teach my children the emotion and mindset management skills I've learned to empower them to build their own self-confidence and resilience.
